Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By engaging DocuSphire for consulting, drafting, or editing services, you enter into a binding agreement with our Firm. The following terms govern our professional relationship and outline the scope of our responsibilities.
1. Scope and Nature of Services
DocuSphire operates strictly as an academic consulting and editorial firm. We provide expert guidance, statistical analysis, structural formatting, and developmental editing to assist professionals in preparing high-quality scholarly documents. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, journal acceptance, or grades, as these decisions rest entirely with independent review boards and academic institutions.
2. Academic Integrity and Ethical Use
Our firm is committed to ethical academic practices. Materials drafted, edited, or structured by DocuSphire are intended to serve as comprehensive models, reference guides, or developmental drafts. The client retains full responsibility for ensuring that the final submission complies with the honor codes, plagiarism policies, and ethical guidelines of their respective universities or governing bodies. We accept no liability for a client's misuse of our consulting materials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The client retains full ownership and copyright of all raw data, original concepts, and preliminary drafts provided to our team. Upon the receipt of full and final payment for our services, all copyrights and ownership of the final delivered manuscript, analysis, or document are fully transferred to the client. DocuSphire waives all claims to authorship or royalties.
4. Revisions and Modifications
We are dedicated to client satisfaction and offer a standard complimentary revision period (typically 30 to 60 days, depending on the project contract) following the delivery of the final draft. These revisions must fall within the original scope of work discussed during project initiation. Significant alterations, new data additions, or changes in university guidelines presented after the initial agreement may incur additional consulting fees.
5. Payments and Refunds
Due to the highly customized, time-intensive nature of academic consulting, all payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once the research and drafting phase has commenced. Payment schedules and milestones will be clearly defined in the client's individual project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DocuSphire, its partners, or consultants be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to academic penalization, delayed graduation, or rejected publications.
